Pull 01 is part of the Casts collection designed by the Australian architecture firm Edition Office, for the premium hardware company Bankston. Nodding to Brutalist architecture with a monolithic form, it's a heavy, robust object that embodies restraint. Designed to sit flush against a door surface, Pull 01 is available in three finishes: raw solid aluminum, raw solid bronze, and solid patinated bronze, all recycled materials that will age over time. Each pull is made to the highest quality standards using a sandcasting process. Through their journey, the pieces are left with pitting and pour marks to embody a physicality akin to handcrafted sculptures.
