She makes each piece by hand in her Brooklyn studio in glazed stoneware, like this weighty curtain tieback. Each piece is individually shaped, trimmed, sanded, and painted, so each is slightly unique. NOTE: The back of Platform's pieces are unglazed, including mounting posts.
