Based in Philadelphia, the design duo Nice Condo offers residential furniture, commercial fixtures, brand identity services, and custom build-outs. Designed with a belief that furniture should be both smart and stylish (but never too serious) — and taking inspiration from movements like Bauhaus, Brutalism, and Memphis — each Nice Condo piece is both au courant and enduring.

The studio is owned and operated by Chris Held and Sara Graham, partners in both life and business. Held's background is in furniture design and fabrication, while Graham previously worked in print media and fashion as a writer, editor, and marketing professional.
