Noted San Francisco interior designer Lauren Geremia and her team at Geremia Design have developed the Frost Knob, a hand-blown, sandblasted, textured-glass sphere. Each color option is actually made of translucent and opaque versions of the color, swirled together in a free-blown pattern, so each knob's swirl pattern and color intensity will be totally unique (with the two purple examples here representing two color extremes). The sandblasting texture on each knob also won’t always look completely uniform, which makes for a piece that feels especially elevated and artisanal.
