Vonnegut / Kraft is a Hudson Valley, New York–based design studio founded by furniture designers Katrina Vonnegut and Brian Kraft. Founded on the principle that good design elevates our collective human experience, the duo creates furniture, lighting, objects, and spaces with an astute attention to detail, materiality, and sculptural form. Utilizing local and regional resources, the studio is dedicated to maintaining a balance between technological manufacturing techniques and hand-made craftsmanship. All pieces are either small editions or made to order and embrace the maker's hand, as well as the intrinsic qualities of the materials used.
